The Chairman and the Founder of The Light Givers Humanitarian Foundation High Chief Stanley Chukwudi Obodoagwu EZEUDO GburuGburu of Ihiala, Otigbu Inyinya of Akwa Ezikenyi addressing the women of Ihiala Local Government Area Anambra State at the opening ceremony of the Women Empowerment Initiative on agriculture held on 29th March 2021.
In his presentation, he made a significant remark that empowering the women will bring us closer to end hunger, achieve food security and eliminate all forms of malnutrition. In addition, he made it clear that all the beneficiaries will be trained on how to cultivate and produce agricultural products in a large quantities such as: Cassava, Palm oil, Plantain, Maize, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Pepper, Onion, Carrots and other organic farming. Most importantly, they will be provided with agricultural input which include fertilizers, seeds and farming tools to ensure the objectives of this initiative after the training courtesy of The Light Givers Foundation.
