THE LIGHT GIVERS HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION ON FOOD SHARING TO PUT A SMILE ON THE FACES OF INDIGENT/ LESS PRIVILEGED PEOPLE

THE SECOND WAVE OF COVID-19 PALLIATIVE BY THE LIGHT GIVERS HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION ON FOOD SHARING TO PUT A SMILE ON THE FACES OF INDIGENT/ LESS PRIVILEGED PEOPLE ON THE DISTRICT OF OKOKOMAIKO IN OJO LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF LAGOS STATE ON 31st JANUARY 2021.

The greatest gift to humanity is love. In a bid to give back to the society and touch lives with the intention to alleviate hunger, The Light Givers Foundation took to the streets of Okokomaiko In Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State Nigeria on 31st January 2021 to feed the less privileged and homeless people in our society with one thousand ( 1,000 ) food packed, water and soft drinks to enable them relax their nerves. The initiative is to provide succour to indigent vulnerable people as part of integral and essential life of human for efficient body and mental stability.

Hunger is the greatest risk to health worldwide. It stunts the growth of individuals, communities and entire nations. However, 795 million people around the world are hungry while over 86.9 million people in Nigeria are living in extreme poverty and the FOUNDATION understood the importance of sharing love with the less privileged especially those on the streets in order to restore hope and put a smile on their faces.
